General provisions

• These rules for the purchase and sale of goods (hereinafter, the "Rules") are a legal document binding on the parties, which determine the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the terms of purchase and payment for the goods, the procedure for the delivery and return of the goods, the responsibilities of the parties and others related to the purchase of goods - sales related provisions.
• By placing an order, the buyer confirms that he agrees with these Rules.
• The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment when the Buyer pays the required amount for the purchased goods.

Protection of personal data

2.1. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees that the personal data provided by him will be processed for the purposes of fulfilling the order. The buyer also agrees that the e-mail specified by the buyer informational messages necessary to fulfill the order of goods would be sent to the e-mail address.

2.2. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's personal data to third parties, except when required by the competent State institution in the cases provided for by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania or with a separate written consent.

Buyer's rights and obligations

3.1. The Buyer undertakes to pay the Seller the agreed amount for the ordered goods and to accept them.

3.2. Provide full, complete and correct information to the Seller. If the Buyer provides inaccurate, false or misleading data, the Seller has the right to cancel the Buyer's order.

3.3. If the Buyer's data provided to the Seller changes, the Buyer must notify the Seller immediately.

3.4. By placing an order, the buyer agrees to these Purchase and Sale Rules and undertakes to comply with them and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

Seller's rights and obligations

4.1. The seller must create all conditions for the buyer to properly use the services provided.

4.2. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's privacy right to the Buyer's personal information, and not to transfer it to third parties.

4.3. The seller can unilaterally change the terms of these rules.

Ordering goods, prices, payment procedure, deadlines

5.1. The buyer can place orders 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. per day.

5.2. Orders are accepted in the moonskin.lt e-store.

5.3. The package starts to be prepared only after receiving the payment for the goods.

Delivery of goods

6.1. The buyer undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods.

6.2. The buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the event that the Buyer cannot accept the goods himself, and the goods are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer has no right to make claims to the Seller regarding the delivery of the goods to the wrong entity.

6.3. Goods are delivered to the Buyer using Omniva postal machines and courier services.

6.4. The goods for the Buyer begin to be prepared within 1-2 days after payment.

6.5. In Lithuania, goods are delivered within 1-3 days by mail and courier. Delivery times for goods abroad vary, please contact us personally for delivery times.

6.6. In all cases, the Seller is released from responsibility for non-compliance with the terms of delivery of the goods, if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are delivered late due to the Buyer's fault or due to circumstances beyond the Seller's control.

6.7. The buyer must immediately inform the seller if the package is received in damaged packaging, if the package contains unordered goods or the wrong quantity.

6.8. The buyer must e-mail send photos of the damaged parcel or product to the Seller by mail.

Product quality, guarantees

7.1. All details of the goods sold on moonskin.lt are indicated in the product description attached to each product.

Marketing and information

8.1. The seller can organize various promotions and offers.

8.2. The seller has the right unilaterally, without separate notice, to change the conditions of the shares, as well as to cancel them. Any change or cancellation of the terms and conditions of the shares shall be effective from the moment of their change or cancellation.

8.3. The Buyer sends all messages and questions to the Seller's e-mail. with the contacts specified in the store section "Contacts".

Final Provisions

9.1. These rules for buying and selling goods are drawn up in accordance with the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

9.2. These rules are subject to the law of the Republic of Lithuania. All disagreements arising from the implementation of these rules are resolved through negotiations. If an agreement is not reached, disagreements are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
